Joshua Soliz

Joshua has held the position of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer with MGM Resorts International since 2012. In this position he leads the strategic direction for the MGMRI Architecture, Engineering and Business Application Management teams. This includes Architecture and Engineering of critical services for MGM Resorts International such as Infrastructure, Cloud (IaaS and SaaS), and commercial applications. He also is the primary advisor on multiple innovation initiatives. Joshua has been working in IT Infrastructure for over 25 years and is known for his excellence in crisis management while providing innovation, value creation, and technology leadership. Joshua was educated at Purdue University and UNLV and holds various technology and process improvement certifications.

Jason Stump
Vice President

Jason joined Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in March 2017 after spending 3 years with Affinity Gaming as Sr Vice President & CIO. Jason has over 23 years of experience in the gaming industry and he begin his gaming career at Harrah’s Entertainment in 1993 and spent 7 years in various property and corporate positions before joining Argosy Gaming Company. Jason spent the next 8 years at Argosy Gaming Company in a Corporate IT Leadership role before joining Pinnacle Entertainment in various senior management roles that spanned the next 5 years before joining Affinity Gaming.

Michael Stewart
Committee Chairman

Michael has nearly 20 years of experience in IT support & maintenance and data protection. He most recently served as a data protection manager for
Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost providers of technology outsourcing services. Prior to that, Michael was the director of information technology for The Venetian Las Vegas.

Colin Dixon

Colin has over 15 years’ experience in the Hospitality Technology industry and is currently the Vice President of Support Services at Diamond Resorts International. In this role Colin oversees the Global Support Operations for Field Support and Service Desk as well as Guest Technology and SharePoint Development. Prior to Diamond Resorts International Colin worked for Sunterra Corporation where he held various IT positions from System Training & implementation, Application Analyst and Support Center Manager. Colin is a member of the Hospitality Finance Technology professional’s association (HFTP) and International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers (IAITAM).

William (Bill) Driver

Bill currently holds the position of Vice President Field Technology Services at MGM Resorts International. In this role, Bill is responsible for end user computing as well as for the development, leadership and strengthening of the partnership between Information Technology and core business functions such as Marketing, Hotel, Retail, Casino, Food and Beverage, Property, Financial and Corporate.

Bill joined MGM Resorts International in 2007. Most recently, Bill held the position of VP Business Technology Solutions with responsibility for project governance and delivery. He was also the Director of Servers and Storage, Infrastructure Services Manager and IT Systems Standards Manager.

Prior to joining MGM Resorts International, Bill was also Director of IT Operations for Sunterra Corporation. He started his IT career in 1997 as a Technology Coordinator/Program Specialist for the National Conference for Community and Justice in Orlando.

Bill holds a Bachelor Degree in International Studies from Saint Leo University in Florida.

Lindsay Castro
Director of Events

Lindsay is the Director of Corporate Communications, Senior Account Manager and Recruiter for Link Technologies. Lindsay has a diverse background and brings over 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Account Management, Project Management, and Human Resources Management. She has responsibility for the Link Technologies’ Outreach Program which includes interface and participation with multiple community and technology organizations, as well as participation on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Chapter of The Society for Information Management (SIM) and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). Lindsay is an Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter and has extensive experience in the recruitment and retention of employees and professional staff in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering, project management, software engineering, systems engineering, and business support functions, such as accounting, finance, human resources, and contracts administration.
